Title I Annual Meeting for Families The purpose of the Title I Annual meeting is to inform parents about Title I, how Title I supports their children, to inform parents of their rights and to invite parents to participate in their children's education. Some schools pair the Title I annual meeting with other events such as an open house, literacy or math event or some other event in which parents are already attending. On this site, we have created a power point presentation that includes some of the basic Title I information you should share with families. Because every school uses Title I funding in different ways, it is important to explain to families how Title I funds support your specific schools initiatives. |
